Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for a variety of janitorial and custodial duties, including:
✅ Cleaning and stocking restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms
✅ Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
✅ Interior and exterior window cleaning
✅ High and spot dusting
✅ Removing office trash and maintaining cleanliness
✅ Floor care: buffing, spray cleaning, and wet mopping
✅ Disinfecting surfaces and descaling fixtures
???? Additional duties as assigned by your supervisor
What You Need to SucceedEducation & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience in custodial/janitorial services preferred
Substitution of education/experience may be considered per Tresco policy
Licenses/Certifications:
Valid driver's license or Identification Card required
Other Requirements:
Background check, and post-offer drug screening required
Ability to work independently and in a team
Handle stressful situations professionally
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
