• A hotel experience worthy of Falling Rock's Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond distinctions by championing personalized service, operational excellence, and uncompromising attention to detail throughout every stage of the guest journey

• A culture of hospitality and service excellence by leading guest services, pre-arrival concierge, the indulgence desk, housekeeping, and guest-facing operations while ensuring guests feel recognized, valued, and genuinely cared for
\n
• Confidence in every arrival, stay, and departure through thoughtful leadership, consistent service standards, proactive communication, and operational execution that reflects the expectations of a world-class hotel

• A polished and impeccably maintained environment by guiding housekeeping operations, guestroom presentation, public-space standards, and the details that define refined hospitality

• Strong hotel performance by balancing associate development, service standards, labor management, financial stewardship, purchasing controls, scheduling, payroll oversight, and departmental resources to support long-term success

• Trusted relationships across the hotel and resort through visible leadership, personalized guest engagement, effective service recovery, and collaborative partnerships with food and beverage, lodging, and resort leadership teams

Qualifications

\n

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred
\n
• Minimum five years of progressive hotel leadership experience, including responsibility for guest service operations, housekeeping, or hotel management
\n
• Previous luxury hotel or resort experience strongly preferred
\n
• Demonstrated success leading teams, developing talent, and managing operational performance in a guest-focused environment
\n
• Experience managing labor, budgets, purchasing, payroll, and departmental financial performance
\n
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality service standards, guest recovery, and operational excellence
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel operating systems
\n
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in written and verbal English
\n
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and periods of increased business demand
