• End-to-end troubleshooting and repair of systems used in commercial cleaning, restoration, and surface-prep applications.
• Methodical use of test instruments, troubleshooting guides, and manufacturer repair manuals to verify faults and confirm fixes.
• Proactive evaluation of additional service needs and clear communication back to the customer and team.

• Create accurate service orders for all incoming equipment.
• Build bids and present detailed repair/service estimates.
• Speak with customers in person, by phone, and via email to explain diagnostics, timelines, and next steps.
• Schedule service and repair visits and keep appointments up to date in scheduling software.

• Hit or surpass service department quality and productivity goals.
• Take direction from supervisors and coordinate shop workload with fellow technicians.
• Assist technicians and store staff as needed to keep jobs moving.
• Use and maintain shop tools properly; maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces.
• Order parts and work directly with vendors to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate service activities with other store employees for smooth handoffs.

• 2-, 3-, and 4-cylinder gas engines (basic automotive experience is beneficial)
