Key responsibilities Lead structured discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements Facilitate alignment among multiple teams, resolving conflicts and managing expectations regarding project scope and timelines Document current-state processes, identify automation opportunities, and oversee the full UAT lifecycle for enhancements Required qualifications 3+ years in a BSA, Revenue Operations, or Salesforce-adjacent role in a B2B SaaS environment Experience facilitating requirements sessions and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria Ability to navigate competing stakeholder priorities and resolve cross-team conflicts Proven organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities effectively Familiarity with Agile sprint management using Jira and knowledge of Salesforce CPQ/NUE, NetSuite, or Boomi is a plus
