Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting efforts across a growing multi-location organization. This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting, developing talent acquisition strategies, supporting workforce planning initiatives, and partnering closely with leadership to attract top talent.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong recruiting background, excellent relationship-building skills, and a willingness to learn the business from the ground up before implementing new processes and ideas. Success in this role requires balancing recruiting expertise with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, family-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across multiple locations.
\n
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to identify hiring needs and workforce planning strategies.
\n
• Handle approximately 15+ requisitions, depending on business seasonality.
\n
• Recruit for positions including:
\n
• Warehouse Associates
\n
• CDL Drivers
\n
• HVAC Technicians
\n
• Counter Sales Representatives
\n
• Operations Professionals
\n
• Branch-Level Positions
\n
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
\n
• Maintain and manage recruiting activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
\n
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
\n
• Develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
\n
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
\n
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
\n
• Collaborate with HR and executive leadership on talent acquisition initiatives.
\n
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide hiring updates to leadership.
\n

Qualifications

Required

\n
• Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
\n
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple locations.
\n
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
\n
• Adaptable, coachable, and open to learning organizational processes and culture.
\n
• Experience building strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
\n

Preferred

\n
• Experience using Paycom or similar ATS platforms.
\n
• Recruiting experience within:
\n
• Logistics
\n
• Distribution
\n
• Warehouse Operations
\n
• Skilled Trades
\n
• Transportation
\n
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
\n

Leadership Structure

\n
• Reports directly to executive leadership.
\n
• Currently manages one direct report who assists with administrative HR and recruiting functions.
\n
